When will my order arrive?

  • We are now at Approx. 1-2 weeks processing time. With an additional 3-5 days shipping time. Allow up to 3 weeks for your item to arrive.
  • We are Located in New Jersey. All products are made in and ship from the USA!
  • All orders include tracking, you will receive an email once your order ships.

Are all your items Handmade?

  • Yes! We are a 2 person, Husband and Wife team! All items are hand made by us from start to finish.

What size is this? Is it a set?

  • Please see listing descriptions/photos for Size and Quantities. Every listing has a section with Number of items (in a set) and Approximate Size.
  • If you need help feel free to open a chat and we will be with you as soon as possible.

I need this Tomorrow! Can you rush my order?

  • All orders are processed in the order they come in.
  • We do offer Rush Processing and shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@gftwoodcraft to inquire.
  • If you need something in a hurry see our Ready to Ship section!

 

What is your return Policy? 

RETURNS:

  • We do accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Less original shipping. Returns must be in original condition.
  • We ship via USPS, UPS or Fedex. Occasionally Packages are Delayed, Especially during peak Holiday times. In the event of a Lost package we will work with the Shipping company to locate or reimburse lost orders.
